Inside Then Out is looking for a Copywriter / Creative Strategist to help us create content that will help our brand grow. This role will sit closely with our creative marketing team, developing copy and scripts for both social and ads.

We’re looking for a storyteller who has a strong pulse on social and understands what makes content actually perform. You should be able to take a loose idea and turn it into a compelling piece of content, while staying true to the Inside Then Out voice and mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept and write weekly social and ad copy and scripts
• Support monthly creative direction
• Write occasional email and Klaviyo copy for launches, sales, and major brand announcements
• Monitor social trends, formats, hooks, and emerging content to identify opportunities for Inside Then Out
• Bring new creative ideas and perspectives to the team and continuously look for ways to make our content more engaging and effective

Skills & Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in copywriting, social media, content, creative strategy, or a related role
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and what makes content perform organically
• Naturally plugged into social trends, creators, formats, and culture, with the ability to make ideas feel distinctly our own
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
• Strong instinct for brand voice and the ability to communicate the Inside Then Out mission authentically
• Able to take a loose idea, concept, or script and turn it into compelling content
• Strong creative instincts, with the ability to generate ideas quickly and understand why they will work
• Curious about customer psychology and enjoy understanding what people care about, desire, and respond to
• Highly collaborative and comfortable developing ideas with others
