My all time favorite checklist notepad! Simple, straightforward and always keeps me focused. I went through this in 6 months and ordered a bunch more. Game changer for those who appreciate checklists and want to stay productive!

We search all over, high and low, near and far to find solutions and remedies to help us cope and get through the day-to-day obstacles of life. We find temporary relief for the symptoms but don’t treat the problem. My simple fix was the Imside Then Out journal. Writing is my scape goat; my prescription; my therapy.
