Even when it was recommended by my mental health care professional or friends all the time, I just never followed through. Never saw the benefit until I came across these books.
Intriguing questions title the pages, provoking thoughts you probably haven’t thought of in awhile. As someone who didn’t think it would help, this definitely has made an impact on how I cope and resolve.

I was a little skeptical of buying these at first because I didn't think I would commit to journaling. However, these journals are IT! I truly look forward to the starting the next prompt. It's made it so much easier to make sense of my own thoughts. Everyone needs to check in on themselves at least once a day. Let Inside Then Out help you!

I’ve been using the Inside Then Out Journal collection — including the Reflection Package, the Dig Deeper Journal, and the Better Every Day Journal — and I can honestly say they’ve become a meaningful part of my daily routine. Each journal encourages thoughtful reflection and personal growth, offering a space to pause, process, and gain clarity. Every time I write, I walk away with a new insight or sense of direction.

I highly recommend these journals to anyone looking to deepen their self-awareness or develop consistent reflection habits. The prompts are intentional, the layout is beautiful, and the overall quality is excellent.

The only downside is the shipping experience. For the price of the Reflection Package (plus shipping), I expected the journals to arrive within 2–3 days, but it actually takes more than 10 days to receive them. I love these journals so much that I recently ordered another set for my wife’s birthday — that was 18 days ago, and they still haven’t arrived.

If not for the long shipping delays, this would easily be a 5-star review. The content and design are exceptional — I just wish the delivery process matched the quality of the journals themselves.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered these. I was awed by how beautiful these journals are. The quality is amazing, and so is the packaging. The guidance in them is brilliant, and it makes it easy for me to write my thoughts down. I am recommending these to everyone I know.
