Performance Creative Strategist
At Inside Then Out, we're looking for a Performance Creative Strategist who sits at the intersection of creativity and brand revenue growth. You'll be at the heart of our paid social strategy: researching customers, identifying winning creative opportunities, and developing concepts that help grow our brand. We're looking for someone who's naturally curious, can turn research into high-performing creative, and continuously test, learn, and improve.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct ongoing research across our brand, customers, competitors, and the broader market to uncover new creative opportunities
- Use resources like TikTok, Meta Ads Library, Google Search, AI, customer reviews, surveys, and social trends to identify winning creative angles and messaging
- Create strategic concepts and write creative briefs for approximately 10 ad batches per week for our internal creative team and external UGC creators
- Collaborate with our Media Buyer to review ad performance, understand what's resonating, and continuously iterate on top-performing creatives
- Track performance metrics to understand what’s working, what isn’t, and use those insights to improve future creative strategy
- Continuously test new ideas, messaging, hooks, and emotional angles that help drive profitable customer acquisition

- You’re able to spot patterns across winning ads and quickly apply those learnings to future concepts
- You move quickly without sacrificing strategic thinking or attention to detail
