At Inside Then Out, we’re looking for a Partnerships Manager who’s excited to help us grow through intentional relationships. You’ll be at the center of our mission to inspire people to slow down, reflect, and live with more intention. From finding new creators to pitching retail and brand partners, this role is all about building relationships that help us scale.

We’re looking for someone who’s energized by people and ready to help us expand thoughtfully and creatively.

What You’ll Do

• Find and build strong relationships with aligned creators, partners, and brands 
• Scale our creator gifting and affiliate program across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and our website
• Partner with UGC creators to develop high-performing ad content and paid campaigns
• Pitch and manage retail and marketplace partnerships
• Plan and manage brand activations and creator events (around 2 per year)
• Negotiate and manage creator contracts, budgets, and timelines
• Track and analyze campaign and affiliate performance
• Social listening - track content and mentions from creators across platforms

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…

• Have experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, and/or brand collaborations
• Feel confident speaking on behalf of a brand, and making a genuine connection while doing it
• Have an existing network of creators, brand contacts, or industry partners
• Are excited to pitch, follow up, and open new doors for the brand
• Have strong organizational skills and can stay on top of email comms, budgets,  and project tracking
• Are both creative and strategic - you combine creative thinking with strong execution skills
• Can think out of the box about how to build genuine lasting relationships that generate brand buzz
• Stay in tune with trends but know how to create something that feels uniquely us
