Content Creator
Are you someone who loves creating engaging content that builds community and connection?
At Inside Then Out, we’re looking for a Content Creator that wants to make an impact through raw, creative, and deeply meaningful content. You’ll be at the heart of our mission to inspire people to slow down, reflect, and live intentionally. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to get outside, capture dynamic & engaging content, and make people feel less alone.
What You'll Do:
- Capture and create TikTok content that feels fresh, real, and deeply relatable (both inside and out in the world) Our current accounts are…Inside Then Out, Dig Deeper Journal, and Better Every Day
- Manage our pinterest account
- Capture lifestyle photos and videos of our products
- Engage with our community and respond to comments and messages
- Research social trends and collaborate with our team to identify new content opportunities
- Track performance metrics to understand what’s resonating and why—and tweak content accordingly.
You’ll be a great fit if…
- You’re a current student or recent graduate with a love for social media and building community
- You have experience creating content (for another brand or yourself!)
- You’re not afraid to get out there and film—you know how to capture dynamic moments, tell stories, and make content that people want to engage with
- You’re comfortable using tools like Canva, basic video editing software, and most importantly, your creativity
- You understand what copy resonates with people
- You can produce a lot of content quickly, while still making it engaging and thoughtful
- You’re passionate about wellness and journaling, and love thinking of new ways to incorporate it into everyday life
- You stay in tune with social trends but know how to create something that feels uniquely ours
