As the Marketing Manager for Inside Then Out, you will lead the marketing strategy to drive online visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of digital marketing, including paid advertising, website optimization, and email marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, while maintaining our brand voice and ethos.
- Paid Advertising: Manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Tik Tok Ads), including budget allocation, targeting, ad creative development, and performance optimization to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with brand objectives, leveraging a mix of channels and tactics to drive traffic, conversion, and retention.
- Website Optimization: Collaborate with the content writing team to optimize the website for user experience, performance, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing, to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Social Media Management: Collaborate with the social team to develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth
- Content Marketing: Oversee content strategy and creation, including blog posts, articles, videos, and social media content, aligned with brand messaging and marketing objectives to educate, inspire, and engage the target audience.
- SEO and SEM: Optimize website content, structure, and performance to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic, leveraging SEO best practices and managing SEM campaigns to increase brand visibility and conversion.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, customer behavior, and ROI, generating insights to refine strategies and optimize marketing efforts.
- Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize impact and achieve desired marketing outcomes within budgetary constraints.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (executing campaigns on Facebook, Google, and Tik Tok Ads)
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify and Klaviyo
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive online visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, with hands-on experience managing campaigns across these channels.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track and measure campaign performance, generate insights, and inform decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a passion for wellness and a keen eye for digital storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
