Customer Experience

Job Type: Part-time
Work Location: Remote
Pay: starting at $15 per hour
Commitment: ~10 per week (up to 20 during busy seasons)

 

As a Customer Experience Representative for Inside Then Out, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will be the frontline representative, providing support and assistance to customers navigating our online store, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive relationship between our brand and its customers. This role requires excellent communication skills and a dedication to delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance to customers via various channels including email, live chat, and social dms: addressing inquiries about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, modifications, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order processing and fulfillment.
  • Fulfillment relations: Liaise with the fulfillment center to ensure smooth order processing, accurate inventory management, and timely shipment of orders, fostering a collaborative relationship to streamline operations and meet customer expectations.
  • Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot and provide technical support for any website-related issues or errors experienced by customers during their shopping journey
  • Feedback Management: Gather customer feedback, suggestions, and insights to relay to the relevant teams, contributing to product improvements, service enhancements, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of FAQs, top issues. Ensure templates and SOPs are consistently updated.

 

Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in an ecommerce or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong empathy and patience to effectively handle diverse customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Passion for wellness and a genuine interest in our brand's mission and products.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and ecommerce platforms (i.e. shopify)
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
